A sub-group has been convened with Members drawn from NFDC, Natural England, the Environment Agency, the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust, the RSPB, and representatives involved in the Isle of Wight SMP.

The aims of this group was to determine the scope of the Appropriate Assessment, and the level of detail required for the North Solent and Isle of Wight SMPs in order that are considered to be Habitats Regulations compliant.
