All communications from the stakeholder process will be provided here, together with information arising from the consultation process.

This appendix provides details of all stakeholder engagement undertaken during the development of the SMP.

It provides details of the four main stakeholder groups, timetable of events, stakeholder materials and minutes from meetings and stakeholder events.

This appendix also includes the consultation report. This consultation report describes the public consultation process undertaken to inform the public of the SMP and provides details of exhibitions. Details of the comments received during consultation and the Client Steering Group CSG response to these comments will be detailed in this report after public consultation.
